               助理教授


研究方向:碳基集成电路芯片的设计及制备;MEMS传感器的设计及制备;基于硅材料的纳米热电发电器;基于石墨烯的生物传感器。


教育及工作经历:

2021年就职于深圳技术大学,大玩家彩票app下载,担任助理教授;

2018年就职于东南大学,机械工程学院,担任讲师;

2017年毕业于美国哥伦比亚大学(Columbia University)机械工程系,博士。

研究成果及荣誉:

主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目兼容CMOS器件架构的纳米硅基温差发电器性能优化研究,目前在研;

主持省部级航空基金项目“极高极低温度下石墨烯范德瓦耳斯异质结柔性温度传感器关键技术研究”,目前在研;

主持并完成了江苏省自然基金青年基金项目;江苏省创新创业博士项目;南京市留学人员科技项目等若干课题。

授权国内外专利6项,其中美国专利4项。

以第一作者或通讯作者发表包括Fundamental Research, Small, Nano Letters, Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, Microsystems and Nanoengineering等期刊论文18篇,共发表论文30余篇。近3年代表性论文如下:
